Finalists for the 2018 James Beard Book Awards ANNOUNCED
On March 14th, the finalists for the 2018 James Beard Foundation Book Awards were announced for the following categories: American; Baking and Desserts; Beverage; General; Health and Specialty Diets; International; Photography; Reference, History, and Scholarship; Restaurant and Professional; Single Subject; Vegetable-Focused Cooking; and Writing. And with only three finalists per-category, the competition is fierce!
