Monday might be the day you take it easy and simply whip together a tasty grilled cheese. Monday is the day we like to set the tone for the rest of the week, which means either testing out a new recipe, visiting a farmers market or enjoying the company of friends at our favorite restaurant.  All we want to do at the end of the day is sit down with good people and enjoy some delicious food despite the horrible commute to work, extreme heat or that sun burn we're still nursing from Saturday.
