Sanjeev Kapoor may be better known across the world - the culinary wizard, dancing aficionado, mogul and dinner party charmer has been dominating television screens on his show Khana Khazana for the past few decades - but not for long.  This month marks the release of How to Cook Indian (ISBN 9781584799139) Kapoor’s first Indian cookbook for North Americans and it is chalk full of simple, delicious recipes.  Kapoor's impact will be felt soon and we were lucky enough  to spend the day with him as he whipped up two amazing dishes for the Toronto Star Food Editor Jennifer Bain and signed copies of his book at Costco –behind the scene photos below![gallery order="DESC" orderby="title"]
